This girl is looking more and more grown up every day. How do I slow down time? This shot was taken on the weekend from our visit to Big Break Regional Shoreline, where the freshwater from the Sacramento River meets the saltwater from the ocean. It’s a beautiful spot and, as you can see, just a little windy! You can see more pics from our visit over on the blog (link in profile).
Hey New York friends, Guess what? Color Factory is coming your way next month! So exciting! We’ll actually be in New York in August but we’ll miss Color Factory by a few days 😥 So instead, you guys all have to go check it out for me 😃 The installations are all a secret for now, but let me tell you, if it’s anything like it was here in San Francisco it’s going to be AMAZING! Tickets are on sale now so head over to @colorfactoryco for the link. They’re sure to sell out fast. For a taste of what you might find there head over to my blog (link in profile) and search for Color Factory to see our visit here in San Francisco last year.
Even cloudy days call for rainbow sunscreen 🌈 How fun is this colorful sunscreen? My girls love decorating themselves with @barerepublic Neon Sunscreen Sticks. It's such a fun way to protect your skin from the sun! Partnered with Moms Meet. #momsmeet #BAREYOURCOLOR #GOBAREOUTSIDE #sponsored
Today Lola, Mathilde and I spent the afternoon at the Botanical Gardens in San Francisco to check out the annual Flower Piano exhibition. Lots more pics coming up on the blog tonight! In the meantime, you can check out the girls’ musical “skills” in my stories 😊
I can’t walk by a good mural without stopping for a pic or two - or, let’s be real, a few dozen 😜 This one off Piedmont Avenue in Oakland catches my eye every time we walk past. Are you a fan of street art?
Bye bye weekend!
My junior life guard! All this week Ava has been at junior life guard camp at Lake Anza in the Berkeley Hills. This is the third year that she has done this camp and she loves it - despite the cold and foggy mornings! Are your kids going to camp this Summer? Ava also has Camp Galileo coming up next week, but Lola has chosen to stick with Camp Mum at home 😜
Sheriff Mathilde and her red, white and blue deputy Lola keeping an eye out for bad guys at the 4th of July bounce house 😂
Seeing as tomorrow is America’s birthday I thought we’d celebrate with a little of America’s favorite pastime - or as close to baseball as we get! Another Oakland A's Stomper statue to check off the list. This one has “baseball” written in different languages all over his pants!
