Yesterday we spent the day at @makerfaire. Have you been before? It's such a fun event full of hands on activities, demonstrations and all sorts of crazy stuff that just has to be seen to be believed! This cat car was a big hit with the girls. Maker Faire is on again today, so if you're in the Bay Area and you're looking for a fun day out get yourself there!
On the blog I'm sharing our day trip to Monterey. We spent much of the day on the beach checking out tide pools, searching for shells and beach glass, running from waves, and climbing rocks. A perfect day out. Click the link in my profile for all the beachside fun...#sponsored #seemonterey

Just a few days late... I hope all the mamas out there had a wonderful Mother's Day on Sunday. I loved seeing everyone's photos with their kids but it made me realize just how few I have and that those photos I do have are posed - like this one from Denmark. My Mother's Day resolution (that's totally a thing, right? 😂) is to keep the tripod handy so I can capture those special moments with my kids that right now are just memories in my mind.
Those freckles and eyelashes 😍
Triathlon ready! It's been an active week for the kids with Bike to School Day, a hula concert, their regular swim classes and swim team training, and now the Berkeley Kids' Triathlon.
My littlest swimmer. After two and a half years of mummy and me swim classes Mathilde moved to the big kid swim class today. Now she swims on her own and she's so proud of herself - even if she was a little nervous at first.
