In case you were wondering what my style was like in the 8th grade I’m here to clear the air...I had THE BEST haircut of all time & the hoodie Aeropostale 😂
Been following OMAD for around 2 weeks now & I'm noticing improvements everyday! I don’t think I’ve ever leaned out this fast. As far as training goes I've never felt better & the Pumps are amazing! Full physique update in the next video! Now, it's time to smash some sushi! 🦑 What are y’all having for your cheat meals this evening?
Long before I was a Youtuber I worked at Sprint for years selling cell phones for a living. I seriously loved my job & was very comfortable making $40K or so a year and had never even considered doing anything else. If you don't know anything about the cell phone industry you basically rely on your commission checks to make any real money. We had one month in 2015 where for some reason or another business was very slow & I didn't get a commission check at all for an entire month. This equated to me making slightly above minimum wage. When this happened (first time ever) it scared the living crap out of me & made me realize that money was never guaranteed when it was reliant upon someone else's business. I immediately starting racking my brain on ways to make extra money to pay my bills that month & I started a little side hustle that changed the entire course of my life. - I started searching Craigslist every single day looking for people selling video game lots. Essentially I was looking for someone who was selling video game consoles & all of their games in one bundle. I'd find things like Playstation 3 with 12 games & I'd low ball them on the price and more often then not they'd accept. I'd do some research on Ebay beforehand and would compare the asking price to what I could sell each item for individually. Long story short I started buying as many of these as I could find & started flipping them. I still remember the first week I made $500 extra in PROFIT & my mind was blown. I had this realization that I didn't have to rely on anyone for income & could simply HUSTLE and make money. Keep in mind this was all done while working full time at Sprint. From there I started saving this extra money & putting it in the bank to build a nice little savings account. With this I was able to buy a new car & pay off any of the debt I had. Once free from debt I had extra money that I wanted to start investing so I could continue to flip it and make more. - One day I was asked pretty randomly to be in a workout video being filmed at a local gym & up to this point I'd never done anything quite like that before. I showed up & did my thing. - 👇👇Continued Below👇👇
Feeling great after introducing carbs back into my diet! This was after fasting for 22 hours & right before I had my one meal of the day. I'm feeling & sleeping better then I ever have in my life. Don't be afraid to try new things out, you just never know what you may end up liking! 🔥 - New Vlog is going up tomorrow at 9AM EST & it covers all of these questions I’ve been getting. See ya there ✌️
So Grants not moving with us to LA...all the details will be in the next video.
Every time I post a picture without a hat on I always get hit with the WOW I didn't know you were Bald!! comments haha I guess I may wear too many hats... - The OMAD Diet is crushing it by the way! Seriously, this is going to be my new thing. Can't even begin to explain how good I'm feeling, sleeping, performing in the gym etc.. For real I feel incredible. Stay up on the Channel because I'll be documenting all of it 🐺
40 Minutes Of Cardio Daily. 6 Meals A Day. Training 6x A Week. This is one of my favorite #throwbacks BUT what I mostly remember about this was how much work it took to maintain this physique. The past week or so I've been trying the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet out which is essentially a 23/1 fasting split where you fast for 23 Hours a day and only have a 1 Hour eating window. During this hour I eat my entire daily allotment of macros/calories in one meal. Now, some people are going to say this type of diet isn't realistic nor is it good for you BUT after researching it and experiencing it first hand I have to say this is my new thing. Supposed benefits are aligned with typical fasting: mental clarity, increase in fat burning, more energy etc...which I've definitely experienced but most importantly it's CONVENIENT! It allows me to forget about food until the evening & when it's time to eat I get this massive meal which leaves me feeling extremely satisfied and full. I'm not hungry throughout the day and I don't even start thinking about food until around 5PM (typically break the fast at 8PM). I understand this definitely isn't everyones cup of tea BUT I think I'm going to follow this for a while & see just exactly what it does to my physique. If you'd like to see a video on this let me know! Anyone else here ever followed anything like this? If so what are your thoughts on it? 🤔
This is my current physique at 5'10 & around 170 lbs. After being on Keto for a few months here's a few things I've noticed about how my body responds to this diet. The first thing is that I seem to have A LOT more energy throughout my day which is most likely a direct result of not spiking my insulin and crashing afterwards by introducing a lot of carbs early in my day. The second is that while I've definitely leaned out it's not the same as when I'm on a diet with carbs. I feel a little fluffier at this weight then I have in the past & my muscles are definitely not as full (I Look Flat) without a pump. The couple times I had cheat meals with carbs the couple of workouts following were some of my best & I looked 2x bigger. And finally I'd say overall I seem to have lost some strength or at least more then I've noticed on previous diets. I am by no means an expert on Keto & there could be a lot of factors at play here that aren't necessarily a direct result of the diet such as Stress, being more Sedentary, & perhaps less sleep etc... - Overall I think it's a great diet & could be very beneficial to a lot of people. Is it MY ideal form of dieting? No, not for me personally BUT it's all about what works best for you. There's no magic diet or one size fits all solution. I always tell people that the best diet you can follow is the one you can consistently do day in & day out without feeling like you're doing a complete 180 on your lifestyle. I'm still on Keto but may be switching things up again here soon but for now these are my thoughts. - My question to you guys is this: what is your ideal form of dieting that's shown you the best results? Have you tried Keto? What was your experience with it? 🤔
Had a great weekend just hitting the arcade & chilling with my homies. Money comes & goes but Memories last forever 🏆 ohh & I’m still the reigning Halo Arcade champion don’t @ me
I barely left my house the past 4 days getting everything ready for the move, dealing with changes to the apparel samples, & also working on the new supplement launch with branding, flavors, products etc... Sometimes it feels like all I do is sit at this computer 😂 It's all good though, work your ass of now so you can chill later on. To be honest I kinda feel like I'm in a weird limbo where I'm anxious to get out Ohio but also nostalgic for what I'm leaving behind. Anyone who tells you moving across the country is easy is lying, but anyone who tells you they regret never chasing a dream isn't. No progress can be made in your comfort zone so here's to getting uncomfortable & growing from it 🍻
It's Casual Wednesday at work so the boss said I can wear whatever haha Yes, those are denim shorts & No, I'm not apologizing 😂 - Bonus points to anyone who can name the little green guy in the corner. Extra Credit if you can name his designation number. We’ll see who the true nerds are in here 👾
The Pump is Real 💦 - I’ve had different opinions on this. Some women have told me Vascularity is sexy & others have said it’s disgusting 🤔 What do you think??
