La-Teh. Get it? 😏 One of the rare times of chilling at a local kopitiam and then giving in to sweet temptations like a sugee cookie and a Lopis drenched in gula melaka syrup. I’ve never had the latter before (I prefer the kueh version instead of this rice one).
Did not get to eat dimsum this morning so we headed to @sichuandouhua_sg UOB Plaza for their delicate bites that are paired with tea. The UOB Plaza outlet boosts an awesome view of the city, and the tea menu includes a tea cocktail, 2 teas, and 9 bites, and it’s only $48. The reunion high tea set is available from now till 4 Mar, and includes salmon Yusheng. Definitely worth the buck for sure. The portions are just right for the ladies. For boys, I’d suggest you add on items from their a la carte menu.
Chilling with @costacoffeesg new coconut collection. This Iced Coconut Mocha gets you on a caffeine-sugar high. Bouncing off the walls now!
Tucking into one of Man Fu Yuan at @interconsin signatures! Good ingredients are best prepared somewhat simply. Haha. Love this lobster in silky steamed egg white and Chinese wine. Plus decadent bits of fried lard. 😂 thanks @ericneobn for feeding us!
New post- in love with @holidayinnsgatrium Xin Cuisine’s treasure pot! Every item was cooked to perfection and the vegetables and mushrooms were as much a delicacy as the seafood and roasts. More on their #CNY2018 reunion meals over at www.ms-skinnyfat.com Active link in bio.
Our kitchen feature wall after many design iterations. @gnorijul and I trawled Pinterest for inspiration and he even designed one (which was rejected by our id because we can’t achieve it with laminate). Guess we’ll keep that for the next house 😛What is special about this is that it conceals our bombshelter perfectly. Bet you can’t even tell! 😏 NICE RIGHT?
