Today we are busy pan frying Brussel sprouts for our Christmas Lunch tomorrow at Ernest Bevin College in Tooting. They will be delicious because pan-frying is the secret to a delicious Brussel sprout!

It may be cold outside but that doesn’t mean you can’t tuck into delicious salads! We served this Moroccan carrot, spinach and aubergine salad with a beef tagine today. It was the perfect accompaniment.
It’s been a very busy week for the team @capital_cooking! At lunch today we catered for @londoncpb Christmas Lunch! The team feasted on a smoked salmon starter followed by traditional roast turkey! Happy Christmas 🎄
The beginning of advent means we can justifiably eat as many mince pies 🥧 as we like! We always make all ours by hand and make them extra special by jazzing up the pastry. Today we added orange 🍊 zest, almonds, ground cinnamon and ginger to our sweet shortcrust pastry. The result, melt in your mouth deliciousness.
Watercress, orange and marinated feta salad. Served as part of a buffet today for one lucky office in Soho. It’s a really festive salad with the oranges 🍊 and would be a delicious accompaniment to cold turkey on Boxing Day. #planningahead
One of our guests came into the kitchen tonight and told us that this Thai chicken lettuce cup was quote “the best thing I’ve ever tasted!”. We are pretty happy with that comment. After all that’s what we are here for - to cook 👩🍳 Delicious food for our guests to enjoy.
