You may or may not know this about me, but I used to be a holistic nutritionist and one day stopped because I was so burnt out. I was tired of obsessing about health and wellness. 〰️ One of the biggest takeaways I had from it all, was that there does come a point to where you are trying to be so healthy (supplements, workouts, perfect eating schedule, etc), that you find it can actually leave you not feeling healthy at all. 〰️ Enjoying life and the state of your mental health will always have more profound effects on your wellbeing. Of course exercise and eating well is all a part of this, but when you hear about the lady that ate chicken fried steak all the time, drank every day and lived a fun and fulfilled life past 100, it makes you think! Relationships, spirituality, eating more plants, movement, etc. are all equal important building blocks to our health, not just simply exercise and diet. If you don’t follow along the @bluezones account, I’d highly recommend it! It inspires me daily 💛
Spent most of the weekend planning some really exciting things🌴 〰️ Can’t even believe @parkermanagement is about to be a year old! I struggled for a good solid two years debating with myself on should I... shouldn’t I... I didn’t even know if launching my own company was truly what I wanted to do, but I knew I loved the job and I always had that entrepreneurial itch. 〰️ Best advice to those trying to figure out what’s next...or the “should I do this?”... or even just feeling a tug. Listen in! It’s up to you to take the leap. Stop talking about it, stop dreaming about it. Even if you don’t fully know what it all will look like, it’s time to jump right in 💦 #wellhausinspo

This week has been as productive as ever while Tyson has been away and having lots of help from the fam with Parker (no wonder I did so much when I was single 😂). But I sure miss this man like crazy! There is a reason I said I wanted to go into business with him after just a month of dating. I remember not having a clue what that would be, but knowing one day we’d figure it out. 💛 Can’t wait to have my other half home!
