On the blog today we interview Char on her thoughts about vision! Check out the link in our bio ✨
Partnering with businesses in transition and growth is so special to us! Currently we are working with custom home builders that are needing all things fresh and new as they step into a new season for their company. A new name, logo, and website are all items that are coming out of the brand strategy we crafted and defined alongside them. It is such an honor to work with clients that trust us with something so near and dear to them!
So privileged to have the opportunity to create logo options for one of our very first clients (thanks for believing us since the very beginning!)…sneak peak to come at a later date. ✨
Sub marks, color schemes, fonts - just a few of the many elements that help a brand come to life! Designing really comes down to all of the little details that create a consistent whole. We love how design brings a beautiful face to represent the personality of a brand - Just as a business itself is brought together by all the intentional details so is it’s logo.
A few more thoughts on creating a vision for you brand: What are your branding dreams for 2019? Some of us might have taken the beginning of this year to think through 'what could be' and that is awesome! When we have vision for where we want our brands to go, then we can begin to develop a plan for getting there. Our brands can be built and grown just like our businesses. So, where do you want your brand to be by the end of 2019? If you haven't yet, begin to dream about how you want to tell your story and then start finding out how to make it happen. The vision might shift and change as time goes on, but having an idea of what you want to work towards will create space for intentional growth and creativity.
“Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.” - Joel A Barker Take a minute to check out Lindsay's newest blog post on how your long term vision affects the decisions you make today! Link in bio.
Whether in sports, relationships, or business, a common vision is the starting point for future success. A team is able to move forward when a vision is cast with clarity and hope. Clarity comes when we shape goals and vision according to our values and hope comes when we begin to move forward in the direction of those goals together!
We swoon over the opportunity to style and shoot beautiful products like these stunning journals from @gritandvirtue

We are continuing our meet the team series today! Meet Julia - content designer and sweetest soul who has the uncanny ability to weave the enneagram into just about any conversation topic. 👏🏼 - 1. What do you do at Char co.? My title is content designer! Some of my roles include being the social media photographer and editor as well as creating any graphics being posted. I am also involved in some of our client projects where I primary focus on the design aspects such as logo design, photoshoot visions and print material design. 2. What are you listening to in this season? My music taste tends to be a little all over the place - but a few artists I catch myself having on repeat lately are the Band Camino, Novo Amor, and John Vincent III. As for podcasts a few of my current favorites are Jonathan David & Melissa Helser, How I built this, and Fire & Fragrance Podcast to name a few. 3. Average cups of coffee? I would say 3-4 cups - lots of black coffee is definitely essential throughout my day! 4. What’s your weekend ritual? Oh man, this really depends. However, Typically Friday’s and Saturdays I love to spent time with friends and family - whether it be grabbing food, thrift shopping, hiking, or staying in for a movie night. Sundays usually consist of a lot of Jesus and family time (:
