Deep breathing: something I’ve been trying to do more of. I tend to take shallow breaths when I’m anxious, stressed, or nervous, and I’ve noticed it makes my heart rate speed up and chest feel heavy. It’s amazing how something so simple can have such an impact on our overall health and well-being.
