These are my best macarons yet; Salted egg yolk custard “lai wong” macarons! Can’t get over how great this classic Hong Kong flavour is 😄 For those who still wonder, yes I still make #lulumacarons to order, PM me if you’re interested. One of my favourite ever dishes to make when I have friends over; minced pork with mui choi preserved veg, served with rice and plain balanced cabbage and quick Chinese soup on the side. Banana + coconut loaf, sweetened with date syrup and dark muscovado sugar for dessert.
