I'm sharing this recipe for fudgy hazelnut brownies on the blog today. They are slightly sweet, very chocolatey, and I am completely obsessed with them.
The grocery store close to my house sells living watercress - which means that it's still growing in soil, root system intact. I prefer buying it living, because it's more mild in taste and tender. Over time, watercress becomes bitter and pungent after it's been cut, which is why I've been turned off of it in the past. I just recently started experimenting with it, subbing it into my salads etc. The taste is cross between spinach and arugula. If you can get your hands on some, I highly recommend it. It's incredible.
