Day 19 of 30 Days of Self Care has me ticking jobs off my to do list ✔️ I got round to finishing two tasks that I'd been putting off for a week or two - sorting out my car insurance and renewing my HCPC registration. Both are now done and dusted ✊🏻 Also, I went for an autumn theme in this weeks bujo spread - because I have ALL the autumn feels 🍂🍂 What have you managed to tick off your to do list today?
This cooler weather has got me dreaming of the mountain, particularly the fog this morning 🗻 This is definitely my happy place, I just love the open space, the gorgeous views and the wind in my hair (or helmet 🤣) What's your favourite place to get away to?
Day 18 of 30 Days of Self Care is about keeping track of your mood. Knowing where your mood is can help increase your self awareness and thus help you identify what you need in terms of your self care ✨ I've been trying to check in with myself each day and asked myself how I'm feeling, which I'm keeping a log of in my bullet journal 📓 I'm not doing this with the aim of necessarily changing my mood, it's more about bringing awareness and feeling more in tune with where your at 💕
Happy Monday folks! ✨ Hands up if you've managed to get your mitts on the new @benandjerrys vegan ice cream yet? 🙋🏼 I found some in Tesco, and despite not being a huge ice cream fan I just had to try it. Honestly, I think it's the best ice cream I've ever eaten! Maybe it's the combo of salty peanut butter and sweet cookies, oh my goodness it's just divine! I had to stop myself from demolishing the whole tub in one sitting. What's your favourite ice cream flavour? 🍦
Organising your space is what day 17 of 30 Days of Self Care is all about ✨ My desk was starting to look rather cluttered and untidy, so I took the opportunity to give it a spruce up - I always feel far more productive when my creative space is clear of mess 👌🏻 What will you be organising today?
Day 16 of 30 Days of Self Care is for getting in some exercise 💕 I got out for a nice, brisk walk with the dog this morning, even managed to sneak in a tiny bit of running around the field with him whilst eyeballing this gorgeous sky. Exercise not only keeps your body healthy but releases endorphins to help you feel great too. We all know that I love aerial hoop, but I'm partial to running and snowboarding too (although, admittedly not doing much of the latter at present 🤣) Find what you enjoy and make the space for it. How do you like to get in some exercise?
Happy Saturday lovelies! 💕 Imma be starting my day off with a berry 🍓 and banana 🍌 smoothie - the perfect way to get some extra goodness in right from the word go. Day 15 of 30 Days of Self Care is mid-month review day! Can you believe we're half way through the month already? 😮 Today is all about reflecting on those goals and intentions that you set on day 1 and seeing where you're up to. Are you still working towards them? Are you maybe a little off track? Or have your intentions developed into something different? Spend some time to see where you're at and where you see your journey taking you for the remainder of the month 💕 In other news, it's Friday and I've spent my evening getting excited about snowboarding holidays!! Nothing booked yet so if you have any recommendations of good resorts in Europe please let me know 🏂
Day 14 of 30 Days of Self Care is all about making a list of things you love about yourself 💕 I have to say that this was definitely a bit of a tough one for me. Not because there's nothing I love about myself, but for me there's a difference between liking and really loving. Maybe I should have worded the prompt differently 🤣 Anyway, it's so easy to see the negative and concentrate on the things we don't like but what about the things we do? We all have something to love and something to give, so acknowledge it! And remember that this isn't a one time deal, it's a lifelong pursuit of self love and care 💕 What do you love about yourself?
