⭐️ HAPPY NEW YEAR INSTA-GANG ⭐️ Here's to a year of health, happiness, compassion and love 💛 For me, 2018 is all about change and growth - starting with a new job tomorrow!! 😬 This morning, in true new year spirit, I tried to start as I mean to go on by running my first solo 10km! 🙌🏻 (enjoy the sweaty face selfie 🤣) This is not intended to be any sort of boast (although admittedly I feel smug af) and my intentions aren't about exercise. For me it's about moving forward, getting comfortable with being in the moment with myself, putting myself and my wellbeing first and most of all keeping on putting one foot in front of the other. And this morning I did all of that 💕 What are your intentions for the new year?
Tuning into your intuition is hard. Trusting in it is seemingly even harder. So I'm just telling myself that I'm exactly where I need to be right now and that my soul knows exactly what to do next, I just have to listen.
Happy Sunday Insta-gang, long time no see! 👀 It's been a funny few weeks with lots going on (hence the lack of posts) plus I ended up feeling a little insta and blogged out. Happy Saturday insta-gang! 🙌🏻 Hope you're all having a delightful day - I'm having an afternoon in my onesie with the fire on 🔥 wishing I had another unicorn cookie to nibble on 🦄 I've honestly been lacking some serious motivation to blog of late, hence the lack of insta posts. Sometimes it can be really hard to find balance but it's so vital to make time for what's important and what serves you, and so for the last couple of weeks my time has been focused on getting a new job (yay 🎉), spending time with family and friends and just generally relaxing after a busy few months. It's important to look after yourself and make time for the things that fill up your cup 💛

Isn't soup just a food waste saviour? Particularly for vegetables that are on their way to being past their best 🍠🥕 This soup contains leek, butternut squash, cauliflower and lentils and I even used some of my homemade bread that is on the verge of going stale to make some crunchy croutons 🤤 Simple, delicious and whipped up in the @instantpotuk in less than 10 minutes.
