I am happy to say that I have been writing away and prepping blog posts to fire up the old bird beginning next week. It's definitely been collecting a few cobwebs and no, it wasn't to join in the festivities for the Halloween holiday 😜 . Beginning Tuesday I am so thrilled to finally get to share not only about latest project launches we have had as well as new products in the shop, but also about business and it’s all happening over on the blog. . What is something you would love to read about? What would you find helpful to gain insight and knowledge on when it comes to your business? How I can I serve you best when it comes to the content I share on the studio blog? Would love to hear from you so comment below because ya girl is taking notes 😉
Ahh Monday’s. There were years where I dreaded them. And it wasn’t always because I was working for someone else. There were times when I was fully immersed into the world of entrepreneurship, but lack of boundaries with clients, too many deadlines and no self care, I dreaded the work week. . Fast forward to today. I approach things in a much more strategic way that I only learned through making the mistakes and experiencing the burnout. I’m one of those that has to touch the stove to know that it’s hot. Am I alone in this? 🤷🏻♀️ . Today? I make sure to heavily screen potential clients to ensure I am only working with those who remind me why I love what I do and make me excited to do it. I give myself more flexibility with deadlines in order to maintain and to always strive to under promise and over deliver. And I am learning that self care means everything to a business owner - mentally, physically, spiritually - it effects everything and depending on what you put into it? It can be extremely positive or dangerously negative. . So cheers to a fresh start and another week to do what we love! What do you look back on and are grateful you have learned a better and healthier approach for? Or, if you are still waking up and dreading what is in front of you, what is it that you think is keeping you from a more positive experience when it comes to your work?
To my fellow dreamers and doers... 😘❤️
Water. Huh. A new concept for this working mama 😜 Can any fellow dreamers and doers relate? . What is your preferred drink of choice while getting all the things done? Meanwhile I’ll just be over here hydrating 👍
When I get asked by a fellow business owner why they might not be growing or why things might seem stale, I ask them immediately the following question... What is your client experience like? . In a sea of so many others in each industry trying to make the same thing happen - to be seen, to be heard, to grow, to thrive - what can one possibly do to stand out? . Your unique approach and how you show up, serve and care for your clients and customers is a direct funnel to more sales, more growth. How? Because with a strategic approach to your client experience and truly making it a unique one, you create evangelists who will shout their testimony about your work and their experience from the highest mountaintops. And those kind of testimonies speak the loudest. And people will come. Just ask Kevin Costner 😜 . Double tap if you feel this and throw a 🙋🏻♀️ down below if you feel like you could use some guidance and help in this area because I just might have something up my sleeve 😉 . Happy Friday, everyone!! 💃🏻

A little mid-week inspo, anyone? Came across this on a brain break browsing Pinterest (its totally a thing) and this stopped my scroll. Love the use of font and typography layered into the image. And the color palette is right up my alley 😉👌👍 . What do you do to feel inspired or to rest your brain? . Design and image credit: Original source unknown / found via @Pinterest
