Do you want to do what I do? I’m thinking of running another of my child and family photography workshops (been 2 years since my last!). Perfect if you are thinking of starting out, have a fledgling business or perhaps are moving into on location photography from being a studio photographer. Just testing the water atm to judge the interest. It’ll be in the summer and will be limited to 5/6 trainees. Hands up if you want to know my secrets! 🙋♀️ *Picture from my last workshop.
She was such a precious soul and the perfect way to start my marathon of sunflower sessions this year. Thank you little angel. xx #2019inreview #rhossillisunflowers
A more smily baby I have never seen. Brynley rocking the rustic look. Can't wait to see how you've grown young man when we meet again in the summer with your wonderful family. Sarah x #2019inreview
I'm back! Happy 2020 to you all. Took a well deserved break over the festive period and suffered the festive flu but I'm raring to go and excited as to what this New Year will bring. I wanted to start this new year with a tiny look back at 2019. So many images and sessions I've not shared with you guys so over the next week I'm going to do just that. Let's start with this little one. I just love photographing this age but add a pretty floral crown and some magical evening summer sun in the sand dunes and I'm in total heaven. Well what a weekend that was. Im still finding snow in places you really shouldn’t find snow but it was so worth it! All of the kids had a ball but I’m not going to lie... I’m pooped! Thanks to all of the families who came along to the Christmas mini sessions this year - you were fab!
They say never work with children and animals don’t they? What do they know? Why not pop over and follow my newest venture @the_curious_hound 🐾
Here's a bit of sunshine to brighten this dull and gloomy Sunday. You're welcome. x
I've photographed a number of sports stars over the years both in Wales and overseas. I'm very, very lucky. It'd be even better if I was a sports fan but I'm pretty clueless really (maybe that's a reason my clients like me??). My husband is always very impressed which gets me short term brownie points! So as I prepare myself for weeks of my husband watching random rugby games whilst shouting (pointlessly) at the TV, I thought I'd pop on and say GOOD LUCK to our boys in the #rugbyworldcup2019. I know it's a long time to be away from your families but I'm sure it'll fly by. Seemed fitting to share this image of one of our sporting greats with his fantastic family today. Thanks so much for letting me share images from your shoot, Gail & Shane. xx #WALES 🏉
It may be sunny outside (hoorah!) but I've got chillier climes on my mind (actually it's rather warm and cozy in my studio but you know what I mean!). Been going through some of the shots from last year's mini sessions and this one perfectly shows what these sessions are all about... 1. Fun 2. Throwing snowballs at me and my camera (which is fun) 3. Throwing snow over me (also fun) 4. Oh and did I mention FUN? Individual children, siblings, families and even pets - you're all invited into the general chaos that is my Winter Wonderland for one weekend only. This year I might wear armour!
