Retreat weekend 💕 : : I was asked to speak this weekend with sophomore students from my university about building their professional skills. It has been such an inspirational rewarding experience so far!

Day 9 ✔️ and I’m finally organized! I took the time this weekend to set up a binder for the program to stay on track and start week 2 off right. It’s always an added plus when you can find cute office supplies. I’m sharing my day 1 of week 2 update on the blog!

Chocolate for breakfast 🍫💕 : : : It’s healthy don’t worry! I make this as my post workout snack with a frozen banana, coconut water and regular water.
Day 3/80 ✔️ It can take up to 66 days to form a new habit but if you love something you make it a priority! : : Right now my workouts are a priority. Do I love getting up at 5:30am every day to get it done? No, but I know it’s what I need to get my day started on the right foot. I am so much more productive if I get my workout in early. Self discipline is the same as self love, so I will make sure I get my workouts in even if I have to force myself until it becomes a habit that I no longer need to think about!
Cabbage Stir Fry is one of my favorite simple and easy way to incorporate pretty much every vegetable I have on hand into a dish. Plus it’s a great meal prep lunch for the week!
I love to cook like extravagant meals for one type of cook 👩🏻🍳 I saw this when I stopped into Anthro down in Florida, not only is it super insta worth but the recipes looked amazing! Since I didn’t have room in my luggage to take it home then I will be adding this to my shelf soon!
I swear NYC is the most expensive place in the world to try to be fit so I’ve decided I’m quitting the gym and taking the workouts to the apartment...we’ll see how this goes!
