Hey guys! I'm posting a bit earlier than usual today, since I had a really long day and would probably forget to post later. I'm so tired and I feel like I'm getting a cold - again. . I really like this bookmark from @starsandsonder. It's really cool, and I love the font. You should definitely check out her store, because she has so many lovely bookmarks! And you can use my code FAERY15 for a special discount! . QOTD: Which season is your favouritr to photograph during? If it's bookish photos, summer. But I love going outside in the winter and photographing my family playing in the snow - the photos turn out so nice!
This bookmark from @forthedreamersdesign features one of my favourite quotes from The Lunar Chronicles. I love the sentiment, and I love Cress and I love Thorne. They're such a cute couple! And how gorgeous is this bookmark?! I love the space-y feel it has! . I trued something different, a bit more simple, for this photo, and I think it turned out well actually. I think the different perspective worked out better than I thought. . QOTD: Do you like trying dofferent photo styles or do you prefer to stick with what you knlw works? I love trying new, different things! They don't always turn out well, but I think it's fun to challenge myself to do something different (not just in photography).
I finished reading Wicked by Jennifer L. Armentrout today, and as usual, I'm struck speechless. The plot was amazing, the characters totally awesome and the romance tangible. And I'm just going to ignore that the ending happened. It wasn't all that surprising, but it still broke my heart and made me want to scream at the unfairness of it. . So, I have Math finals this coming week, and I'm really nervous. We've learned so much new stuff lately and I think I get it, but I'm a bit worried I'll black out during the test. . QOTD: What is your favourite fantasy creature to read about? Mine is definitely the fae - they're so evil and creepy and powerful.
Hey guys! We had our English finals yesterday, which is why I didn't post anything. I was so tired and totally forgot. . Look at this lovely print from @starsandsonder! She still has a sale going on for 50% off, just use the code SAS50! You can get this print and so many other gorgeous bookmarks!
Hey guys! As you may know, I'm participating in NaNoWriMo for the first time this year, and it's not going all that great. Last week, I was sick and couldn't write, so I'm really behind. I wrote almost 6000 words yesterday, but I'm still behind and trying to catch up. . Also, the semester is over soon, which means finals. Finals means me being tired and neglecting my bookstagram. So if you think I'm gone a lot this month and beginning of December, that's why, amd I'm sorry in advance. After that, I have winter break and will be back! . QOTD: How excited are you about winter break? I need that break!
I'm so exhausted today, it's not even funny. I'm still a bit so-so after being sick this weekend, so school was a bit rough today, and then I went home and decided to listen to an audiobook... and fell asleep! And slept for over an hour! And I'm still tired enough that I could fall asleep on the spot. . I absolutely adore this bookprint from @lexyolivia! The colours in it are seriously gorgeous, like always, and I love the texture on all her things. This is one of my absolute favourite bookprints! . QOTD: Where do you find inspiration for new photos? I find it scrolling through my feed on Instagram, going out into the forest and sometimes I just get an image in my head.
I am absolutely in love with this costum bookmark from @forthedreamersdesign. First of all, I adore the quote. And second, Rebecca did such a great job capturing my wishes in this bookmark! It turned out so much better than I'd thought, and it's even more gorgeous in reality. I love the pain-strokes background and the font is so pretty! . QOTD: What books do you think should have more bookmarks/candles/anything else made? For me, anything by Jennifer L. Armentrout and Falling Kingdoms!
I'm finally starting to get better now. I still don't feel that great, but I can sit up and be a person now at least, which is progress. . I made a list of the books I wamt to read during the rest of the year today, because I have so many books and I'm having trouble keeping track of them all. I think there are more than 20 books on there, so I'm trying not to freak out. . QOTD: What are your plans for the weekend? I have to study some Math, and then tomorrow we're going to a birthday party, and on Sunday I'll read and maybe take some photos.
Hey guys! Sorry I didn't post yesterday, but I've gotten sick and was too tired to post. Anyway, I had my forst driving lesson, and it went really well! We didn't do much, but it felt really good, and I was surprised I didn't panic or freak out, considering how nervous I was before the lesson. . QOTD: What's your favourite colour? Mine is blue! All kinds of blue, really, but I'm especially obsessed with navy blue!
I have my first driving lesson tomorrow, and I'm so excited! I've driven a little woth my mom befire, but tomorrow is my first lesson, and I'm super nervous and really excited. Wish me luck guys! . Also, I really love this bookmark from @starsandsonder! I know I say it all the time, but I mean it. And I love that dhe has a bunch of Disney themed bookmarks, too (this one from Tangled is sooo cute, and she recently added a gorgeous Alice one). She has free shipping worldwide, plus she's having a sale right now for 50% off the entire purchase (use code SAS50). . QOTD: What are you currently reading and what do you think? I just started reading Hunting Prince Dracula by Kerri Maniscalco earlier today, and I'm loving it!
I finished Apprentice today, and it was good. It really was. I didn't love it as much as I loved the first book, but I definitely enjoyed it. It was just that I would've liked some more plot other than them learning to be mages. I think that's why it took so long for me to get through it. But I still love Ryiah and the world is so interesting and unique, do it's still definitely worth reading. . QOTD: How long have you had your bookstagram? My two-year anniversary is in March next year!
I posted the Blogger of the Month interview on my blog yesterday (link in bio). This month, I had the pleasure of interviewing @_queenofthebooks_! Ryley is such a sweetheart and I'm so happy to feature ger on my blog this month! . On another note, school starts again tomorrow, and I know I complained earlier this week, but I'm not as negative about it anymore. I'm actually excited for Math tomorrow, for the first time in over a year (Math last year sucked, but I've started to like it again this year). I used to love Math, so I'm really happy about that. . QOTD: Do you have a blog (bookish or otherwise)? I'd love to find some new ones to follow!
