In 2016, our Board Member Ashma Moosa joined The Rose to give back to women in our city! As a breast cancer survivor, she understands what that means for the hundreds of uninsured women we serve every year. Every year, she celebrates her breast cancer free anniversary by hosting the “High Tea and Henna” event. This year, the event fundraised $10,000 for The Rose with a sold-out crowd of over 80 guests. Thank you to everyone who attended and to the Moosa family for all they have done for women in our community. More images on our Facebook page! #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #ForTheRose #TheRoseHouston
