Making houses out of cardboard boxes 🏠 Gonna try and craft our way through this quarantine I guess.....
Happy due date, Jude. They say it takes a village - and it really does. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who has called and texted us asking us if we're okay, brought over food/groceries, gifts (for Jude AND Daisy), Fiiz drinks for us tired parents, coveted Lysol spray(!!) and Kleenex, and much much more. You know who you are and I'm SO grateful for you. . I can't do motherhood alone - but with our villages I know we don't have to. This past week has been crazy with a newborn, a sick toddler, and all of this virus sh** happening outside, but there is still so much good around me ❤️.
Newborn moments. On Friday I had an OB appointment at noon and my doctor said I was dilated to a 7cm - we were rushed to the hospital and after getting an epidural and breaking my water, baby Jude arrived at 4:49PM 💙.
Daisy & Jude 🌠
Jude William Litchfield born yesterday at 9lbs 2oz. Our hearts are so full 🌈
4 more weeks to go. Daisy tells *everyone* she's having a baby brother and I'm so excited for her to become a sister but also really going to miss just me and her. Emotions are running very high in this household (mostly me) so if you run into me I could use a hug bc I'm so excited/nervous/ready/not ready/scared to be a mom of two 🤪
Some of our favorite Valentine books this year 💋. Also, Daisy requested a Woven Girl with 'hearts on her dress'. I happily obliged.
