A big thank you going out to @gracelanesmithart for the sweetest card ever that I received today 💙💙 (pictured here on top of the beautiful painting I purchased from her a few months ago). I'm very thankful for your card Grace, and your friendship! And Chandler (paws pictured, because she HAD to 'help' me take the photo) is very thankful for the treats 😜
One year ago today, I had just left a steady, full-time job for a contract that seemed like a better opportunity but wasn't a guaranteed for longer than a year. I had just ended a 3 year relationship that was going no where and hadn't made me happy in awhile. It has been a year of change, a year of new adventures. My contract turned into a full time, permanent position at a place I love with some great people. The cute guy (with an even cuter dog) at the dog park asked me out, and we now live happily together with our dogs who are even more inseparable than we are. It's hard to believe so much can change in a year, and it's hard to believe how happy you can become in such a short time. Life. Is. Good. #meredithlovesthislife
Did I need a(nother) desk? No... but when you see one being given away for free, it's hard to say no. What colour should I paint this one??
