One of my favorite diffuser blends for relaxation: a few drops of Clary sage and a few drops lavender. It’s a beautiful calming and relaxing blend and smells oh so good 💛
It’s one of the most popular oils and it’s definitely one of my favorites too: lemon. There are so many ways to use it but here’s my 3 favorite ways to use this fabulous oil: * put a fee drops on a cotton ball and put it in your bathroom. It’s a fantastic natural air freshener. * put a few drops on a microfiber cloth and clean the screen of your phone with it. * add a couple of drops to your water and enjoy a very tasty and refreshing drink (dōTERRA lemon oil is safe to ingest, if using other brands, please check this before ingesting!)
With December craziness right around the corner, this little bottle will be used often. Balance is a beautiful blend (already diluted) to help calm your emotions. It can help you feel more relaxed and calm. I love using it in my diffuser (great to combine with lavender) but also use it topically. For topical use you can apply it to the bottom of your feet, your wrists or neck. It’s already diluted, so no need to dilute it down :)
Battling a terrible headache this afternoon and this is my go-to blend for it. 2 drops each of lavender, lemongrass and peppermint in the diffuser. I also love this blend in the diffuser after a hectic day to clear my head. This is also a great blend for a roller ball bottle, top it with fractioned coconut oil and take it with you on the go.
There are so many uses for Melaleuca aka Tea Tree Oil, but my favorite use has to be for my skin. Whenever I get skin outbreaks, I apply a bit of this magic oil and it clears up my skin so quickly.
Tis the season, for these little babes. With winter and colder weather approaching, I take these On-Guard beadlets on a daily basis to support my immune system. So easy to use and to take with you while you’re traveling or on the go.
