Yam It Up this 4th of July with these amazing s'mores! If you've never had yams on your s'mores then you don't know what you're missing! 😋🇺🇸 ・ Sweet Potato S’mores ・ Ingredients: 12 whole graham crackers 4 (1.55 oz) chocolate bars 1 (15 oz) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained well and smashed 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream ・ Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange 6 graham crackers onto prepared baking sheet. Lay 8 squares of chocolate (each bar has 12 squares) onto each cracker. Spread 2 heaping tablespoons sweet potatoes onto chocolate. Spread marshmallow cream (about 2 heaping tablespoons) onto the remaining 6 graham crackers (you will not use the entire jar of marshmallow cream). Place crackers (marshmallow cream side down) onto the sweet potatoes and press down gently. Bake for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate has just melted. ・ Yield: 6 S’mores Prep time: 10 minutes Bake time: 2-3 minutes *A toaster oven works well with this recipe. ・ #BrucesYams #Yams #SweetPotatoes #Smores #YamItUp #Yummy

Our recipe developer Michaela created this tasty dish for us and we know you're going to love it so give it a try! 🍠 • Sweet Potato Broccoli Salad • Ingredients 1 (10 oz) bag fresh Kale Greens 2-1/2 cups steamed broccoli florettes 1 cup pre-shredded red cabbage 1 cup pre-shredded carrots 1 (14.5 oz) can Margaret Holmes White Acre Peas; drained 1 (15 oz) can Margaret Holmes Seasoned Medium Green Lima Beans 1 (16 oz) bottle cole slaw dressing 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 (15 oz) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup, broken into pieces 1/3 cup (moist) dried cranberries 2/3 toasted nuts (almonds, pine nuts, etc.) • Directions 1. Place kale greens, steamed broccoli, red cabbage, carrots, peas and lima beans in a large mixing bowl. 2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cole slaw dressing and lemon juice; add to kale mixture and toss well. 3. Add the sweet potatoes and cranberries; mix until just incorporated. Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with nuts.

Enjoy! 🍠 Marshmallow and Sweet Potato Dessert Smoothies Ingredients: 1 cup sweet potato puree (from a 15 oz can) Bruce’s Yam Cut Sweet Potatoes in Orange Pineapple Sauce 1/4 cup marshmallow cream 1/2 cup plain yogurt (not Greek style) 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1/3 cup pineapple juice Directions: Place sweet potatoes, marshmallow cream, yogurt and milk in a power blender and process until smooth. Add orange juice and pineapple juice; blend until thick and creamy. Divide between 2 chilled glasses and garnish with an orange or pineapple slice, if desired.
