BUDDHA BOWL 🙌🏼 this was late lunch (or early dinner?) a couple days ago. So since sunset is at 4.30 I have to shoot my food earlier 🙄 daylight simply is the best for shooting - can‘t that light last all day long? •spirulina rice (add 1/2 tsp spirulina to the water when cooking the rice) •fried smoked tofu (here I use 1 tbs olive oil) •grated zucchini and ginger mixed with lime and beet root sprouts •guacamole (cut avo in half, remove pit, mash flesh with a fork, add lime, pink hawaiian salt, tomato and onion) •greeeeens

Today is the last day of 2017. It was a great year. I wanted to write something long and thoughtful like everyone else here on instagram. But all I can say is that I am just happy. I love my job, my independence. I made new friends who I care about and I will keep for a lifetime; you know who you are. I achieved a lot this year and I am grateful for all the opportunities that came..and are coming my way. To my family & friends, thank you for supporting me in what I do ❤️ may 2018 be even better.
