To embrace my new skill as a yoga teacher, I decided to teach free classes on the beach in French Brittany this August almost everyday for 3 consecutive weeks. To advertise the classes, I came every time with a simple sign saying « free yoga classes everyday ». From 4 people under the rain in the most extreme day, we went to 40 people under the sun in the last days. It was a beautiful experience to share this practice with all these people, some family, some friends, but most of them being people I had never met before. Interestingly, the majority of them had never practiced yoga before! Thanks to all of the participants for this amazing experience and for empowering me. Now I feel totally ready to teach even more yoga classes!

The Endless Honeymoon #4
After 6 month of life in Bali, it’s time to say bye. Lots of accomplishment done here, work, yoga teacher training, exploration, surf and enjoyment of the harmonious way of living the Balinese people have. And obviously its amazing sunsets! See you soon island of gods!
It seems that in Bali, every new day is a reason to make a ceremony and be grateful about about something. All of that with grace and beauty.

This view of Bali reminds me the Waipio valley from the Big Island of Hawaii to which rice paddies would have been added. Volcanic island are pretty special!
