Fitness during pregnancy is one interesting journey. Some days you rock it and other days you eat bowls of cereal and don’t work out 😊. But I’ve somehow managed to stay active and I’m really thankful that I am able to. I have a whole post on my blog about fitness during pregnancy if you want to check it out. I was 13 weeks pregnant in this photo, completed a CrossFit workout and went home and took a 2 hour nap 😴.
Havaianas for baby J and Ipanemas for me. These are the type of sandals we grew up with in Brazil so it’s been fun that I can find them stateside now. The baby Havaianas are hand me downs from my nephews and niece and the Ipanemas are from @ccreeseboutique. I’ve been trying to make sure the casual flip flops I wear have a strap on the back for better support for my feet and back. The 22 year old Beka would be shocked 😂. Also, I’m so ready for spring and summer and tons of sunshine ☀️
TWENTY weeks today, friends!!! I’m so excited to meet baby J 💕. But while I’m waiting I’ll keep purging, nesting, praying and getting ready. Also, the @wichitaartmuseum has some amazing work there right now so you should go check them out. Admission is free in Saturday’s. 😊
