Feeling bloated from the weekend? T H R E E things to start doing right now. . 1. Make sure you are fasting at least 10 hours from one day to the next. This is not true intermittent fasting. This is something everyone should do. It takes your body around 10-12 hours to fully digest food. This helps give our digestive system a break. It also helps a lot if you have stomach issues after eating. . 2. Drink have of your body weight in ounces in water each day. . 3. Get your heart rate up each day this week with some kind of activity for 20 minutes. . . These are the 3 tips I give people who are not in a program and just want to get started somewhere.
