You know that part in Indiana Jones where that guy's face melts? That's pretty much Phoenix right now. Counting down the days until I can escape back to the Mogollon Rim.
So this happened. Here's to the next step in life! Hello adventure! #firsttimerver #wehavenoideawhatweredoing #bringiton . . . . #travel #camping #rving #rvlife #traveltrailer #adventure #rv
When you're traveling in Italy, that's really all you need 😂 #Repost @localwinetravels (@get_repost) ・・・ On the wall of Divin Cafe in Barolo. I think we all need more of this sometimes. #wine #winetime #nowifi #onlywine #barolo #italy #italianwine #piedmont #winetasting
Yep still going with the Italy pics. Because medieval hamlets are pretty freaking cool. This one is Montefioralle, just above Greve in Chianti. I feel like I should have been wearing a long dress and rescuing servants, Ever After style.
Yep, I'm still posting Italy pictures. Mostly because I want to go back to the Enoteca Falorni in Greve. Self service wine tasting and you feel like you're in an old cellar. A very nice, elegant, cellar 😄
We're back home now, but I can't stop thinking about Italy. I keeping thinking about having less stuff, but more adventures. I've been mulling this over for the past year, but going to Italy has really put this into perspective. We've met amazing people, struggled to understand the language and a few cultural things, were outside our comfort zones and made mistakes, and loved that feeling of learning. I don't think we'll be leaving the country to travel again anytime soon, but I'd definitely like to start going on more local adventures.
Wine is sunlight, held together by water. ~ Galileo Galilei And here's where the sunlight starts.
Excuse the vast amount of photos I'm about to post of green rolling hills and vineyards dotted with Tuscan villas. I may have been a little obsessed 😊
