SEAFOOD FEST WEEKEND! (For most of you, this means nothing, but for the people that grew up in good ol' Poquoson, you understand my excitement.) . MJ and I grew up in a small city near the water called Poquoson. There are a total of three stop lights, two ways to get into the city, and a graduation class of 200 max. The biggest thing that happens each year in this small town is the Seafood Festival, and because of this festival, I am now married to the love of my life. . Yep. This is where it all began four years ago. The Seafood Fest holds so many memories for me, but my favorite will always be meeting MJ. . We are headed down to spend the weekend with friends and family doing what I love most... eating and, well, eating. ;) Judge me if you must, but be on the look out for my Insta Stories... You'll be jealous. . P.S. Wish us luck. This is our first road trip with Lily! Hopefully she'll just sleep and be chill, but you never know...
The blog this week has been 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 . So many beautiful humans and puppies! Today I featured this amazing couple and their family. . If beautiful people, puppies, and tall grass with mountains views is your jam, head over to the blog! #linkinbio
Being able to photograph friends after they are married is one of my favorite things. . I strongly believe that each year of life should be professionally documented in one way or another. Each year brings new adventures, challenges, and exciting times, and it truly changes you as a couple. Your love grows as you grow together, and that is reason enough to celebrate and get photos done! . Head on over to the blog to see more from this beautiful fall anniversary session! . P.S. I spy a puppy. Anyone else see their puppy Cooper in the grass?
And because the obsession is real, I have to post one more photo of this wedding before I go to bed. . Being able to photograph this sweet, amazing couple on the best day of their lives was truly a gift, and being able to do it in the same place where I got married is a feeling I will never be able to explain. It was beautiful. Every. Single. Moment. . Michael and Katie, I hope you are having a blast on your honeymoon! I cannot wait to see all the photos! LOVE YOU GUYS!
The day began with partly cloudy skies and then right as ceremony time hit, it decided to rain. BUT It stopped after 15 minutes, we had the ceremony outside, and the fog began rolling over the mountains for their just married portraits! . Michael and Katie got the best of all worlds on their wedding day. I loved being a part of every moment. . If you haven't gotten the gist, this wedding is the bees knees, and you should head over to the blog to check it out for yourself!
What should we talk about first? The incredible florals, their stunning mismatched bridesmaid dresses, or how this group of women are seriously #squadgoals ?? Take your pick. . This @bigspringva was a show stopper and waiting for your viewing pleasure over in the blog! Head on over!
