And we’re off to our next adventure, Alaska! . I am still, and always, missing Stone Harbor, but cannot wait to explore this new place! . I’ve never been on a trip like this! I grew up going to the beach and packing bathing suits, so when I started packing my winter coat, gloves, and casual clothes, it completely threw me off! . I’m a pretty hardcore planner, but I have to say, for the first time, I’m heading to Alaska with no expectations, an open mind, and an excited heart! . Oh. And the pictures. I cannot wait to take all the pictures! . Comment below with all your Alaskan tips, tricks, and advice!
Their love could make any heart melt. . As Mitch and Jamie’s wedding day unfolded, each and every moment was filled with joy and happy tears! They celebrated their marriage with their closest friends and family, and being able to witness their wedding day was truly a gift. . These two are why I am a wedding photographer. I couldn’t form a more perfect #cjcouple if I tried! 💕 . Head on over to the blog to view more of my favorites!!
She has always wanted pearl earrings. . As Sara was opening her gift from Tyler, she first saw her “Make Marriage Great Again” hat. She thought that was it. . Sara then sees another small box. She opens the box to find pearl earrings, and tears immediately start falling from her eyes. . It’s safe to say, Tyler knows his now wife and got her the most perfect gift. . What I love most is that one day Sara can let her daughter borrow them for her wedding day. These earrings are going to be passed on from generations, and I know the story of their elopement will be passed along with them. 💕 . I have received so many questions about this Charleston elopement from friends and family because Sara and Tyler planned an elopement much different then the dictionary definition of elopement. . When Tyler and Sara got engaged they began planning a huge wedding filled with details, people, and everything in between, but the more planning they did, the more they realized how much a big wedding wasn't for them. So they decided to elope and Charleston was the place they were going to do it! . Overall, Sara and Tyler wanted a wedding day focused on the two of them and the start of their marriage to one another while adding details embodying people, places, and things that made them who they are, remind them of where they started, and will hold onto in the future. . And, oh the details, their wedding day fell nothing short of thoughtful details. From Sara's watercolor Toms with their love story to Tyler's great grandmother's china for the cake cutting. Everything had a place, and everything was absolutely perfect! . The blog (that took so much love and patience to publish) is up and ready for you to view! You seriously don't want to miss this one!
