For me, meditation is about taking the time to just stop, breathe, and regroup. I think of it as an opportunity to clean my mind, kind of like hitting the TiVo delete button with the whole little “bleep bleep” sound and all. Sometimes my meditation can be a whole sixty seconds and other times it can be twenty-five minutes. This practice has helped me learn how to let go physically of things that bother me. It helps my body hold on to thoughts.#redefininghealthy #meditation

We use it in terms like, “there is no time to waste, time is running out, or there is never enough time.” But, time is flexible and expandable, it’s all in the perception.
