A day of silence is one of the inclusions during most of our retreats. The silent day is a time to reflect and meditate, help us reach a different level of consciousness and a better understanding of ourselves.
One of our guests shares her thoughts about us, The whole experience has been flawless—from the actual place with its stunning views & feeling of seclusion, the delicious food, to the nurturing & relaxing spa treatments that compliment your 3-4 hours of daily yoga practice. What makes this retreat special too is the connection to Bali. It also makes the perfect escape from the pressures of everyday life & gives you a little time out from it all to recalibrate. Doing morning yoga in the cool fresh mountain air improves breathing and circulation—it gives a better quality of sleep and helps to solve postural problems. This deep bond between yoga and nature is part of this discipline, because breathing and meditation have a much deeper impact if practised in natural spaces.
