I just booked my next trip! Any guesses as to where it might be? Hint: it's not France. ;)
This little 70 pound guy is ready to shake anyones hand that walks through the door. Right after sniffing them out, that is. I haven't introduced this pup in a while (aside from my IG story feed at least once a week, hah!). He'll be 3 this November! Time sure flies when your having fun and keeping busy. Nitrous loves the dog park, playing fetch, and anyone who will pet him. Do you have a fur baby in your life? I sure couldn't live without mine!

Ah, I love a good sunset glow! Shelby & Tyler get married this weekend & I'm super excited for them! Yay for another amazing @ashtongardensdallas wedding!
Now that fall wedding season has hit (hard, I might add), I thought I'd share a few new things I've done to help with the #weddinghangover. Only those that work weddings understand what this truly means, but basically, after working 8-12 hours on our feet, moving in weird ways to get the right shot, lifting heavy things, carrying gear all day, it's basically how we feel the next day, which is normally that we don't want to move or get out of bed. This tip is for my fellow wedding vendor friends: Thanks to @kelly_blackall, I've been going to the Cryo Clinic with her every morning for what we call squeeze & freeze. We start with getting Normatec done on our legs: we sit down for 30 minutes with these pants on that look like ski pants, which are filled with air that compresses our legs in different areas. This has helped so much with the achy legs the day after a wedding since it's basically a leg massage that helps your muscles relax. The freeze part that we do is cryo: I stand in a machine thing that fills up with dry ice and gets down to -270 degrees for 3 minutes. This also helps with muscles, joints, and another plus is that I burn about 80 calories in just the 3 minutes! So, so to your local Cryo clinic and try these things out this month! #busyseason
This summer and early fall was one of the best yet. I couldn't be more thankful for having gone to so many new countries, states, and cities in a short few months. To name a few: Portland, Seattle, Peru, Iceland, Nashville, and Atlanta. Half of which were for portrait sessions, which I loved! Portland became one of my new top 3 favorite cities in the states. I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, food, and waterfalls. Everything about Peru & Iceland was amazing. 😍 I'm not sure which one I'd put as #1, because they were both so different. And, fun fact, they're both 7 hours from DFW! But I would definitely go back to Iceland since I wasn't there longer than 5 days. I'd go to see the West Fjords and the North regions. I still can't believe we saw so much in just a short amount of time - I think I planned a pretty awesome road trip where we got to see 5 of the 8 regions! More on that coming soon - when I post a blog, would you want to see my full itinerary? Also, did you go anywhere cool this year so far? I wanna know your faves so I can plan my trips for next year! 😉 📷: @anm_photo
This beautiful bride was wed yesterday (we share the same anniversary!) & what a beautiful day it was! Now on to wedding number 2 this weekend in Dallas!
It's our 4th anniversary today! I can't believe it's been 4 years, it feels like a much shorter amount of time since we've been married, yet it feels like we've been together forever...probably because we have! Haha! We actually met in our youth group at church back in 2006 and started dating a few years later & have been together ever since! We've been through so much & I can't wait to see where we end up in the next few years! I'm sure there will be many more changes, adventures, and updates to come. Looking forward to all the adventures we'll encounter together @bigdanno24!
