fantastic couple of days teaching kombucha masterclasses at @doddingtonhall and sampling in the farm shop!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce both our Ginger and Strawberry & Black Pepper kombuchas won a star at the Great Taste Awards. Thank you so much to the Guild of Fine Food for this fantastic recognition. All of our drinks are brewed at our micro-brewery in Suffolk and the team work incredibly hard to make sure each batch of kombucha is as delicious as the last, so this is all thanks to them! If you haven't tried these flavours yet, they are available in LEON restaurants, Whole Foods and Planet Organic. For more stockists please visit our website and scroll to the bottom and simply click 'Where To Find Us'.

☀️ summertime foraging ☀️ make sure you look out for honeysuckle in the hedges 🌼 we found yellow ones but they can be white or pink too 🌼 these beautiful perfumed flowers are perfect for adding into your home brewed kombucha secondary ferment 🌼
💛 Elderflower! In season at the moment and can be found in hedgerows. Once covered in yellow pollen, use the freshly picked flowers to make cordial. If you dry them out make sure to try and keep it outside as they can create a strong pungent aroma, however, once dried use in teas, kombucha secondary ferment and tinctures. Known to have medicinal benefits such as treating hay fever. ☀️☀️☀️
