We get to witness one of the most significant moments in a couples relationship & it's such a bloomin' honour. 🌹
. relax . Betty || Crack open a cold can of bru, stick on those joggies that are covered in cat hair, have a cheeky pop tart, catch up on greys anatomy, think about washing hair but decide that's way too much effort. David || Crack open a beer, free the toes, peel and eat pistachios, emerse self in football manager, crank up deftones on headphones cause I don't want to interrupt greys anatomy.
Scotland is such a crazy beast; you can easily experience more than one season in the space of 60 seconds. We met up with these cuties in one of Scotland's hot spots - Glencoe - and experienced some truly harsh weather. They froze their lil feet off, endured the sharpest hailstones ever, waited out the massive layers of fog + stayed standing during some epic winds. It was some of the craziest weather we've shot in but it was worth it tho 👌 If your photographer asks you to brave the weather, do it, you ain't gonna regret it.
Okay, so we are gunna cry when the cherry blossoms leave us but my oh my are they heavenly in their departure.
Uh huh April, you looking fine 👌 it does help when you have a couple of babes to go with them sweet cherry blossoms. 🌸
As wedding photographers we come to expect all of these little moments. We are waiting for them; Each time we capture a dad seeing his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time, a groom fighting back the tears, the newlyweds in those first few moments of marriage, we feel like we have the best job in the world. We have an opportunity to take it all in when others don't, it's so hard for the couple & their loved ones to stop and take it all in. It's a well known piece of advice but it's the truest; your day will go by so fast. You must STOP to take it all in. Take a breath. Have a quiet moment with your new husband or wife. Enjoy the moments. Slow it down. Our second most important advice for the day? Make sure you get at least a handful of those bloody canapes. Guests will be all over those sweet treats, savages.
Oh we are so ready to get our tushies back to Morocco. It's gonna be a pretty sweet backdrop for a wedding 👌 dreaming about them tagines & breakfast pancakes.
this is how amazing your flowers will be when your grandma used to be a florist 👌💐
Here we have oor wee boo. Oscar is an integral part of team tub. He's our little time keeper, he lets us know when it's wakey wakey time, when it's munchies and crunchies time, when it's super fun playtime & when it's sleepy sleeps time. He's never been described as friendly. His affections cannot be bought. He punched a vet. He is an older fella. He loves a snore nap. He enjoys cat soup & bottled water. He has a special gift for poking his nose in to a closed eyelid. He can kinda say hello, though not on demand because cat. behind every great person there is a needy pet. behind every needy pet is a needy human. 👨😾👧
We've been together for 9.5 years and we are still totally crap at taking photos together. We were at the beach for a shoot today & once we had packed our stuff away, we looked at the pure white sky and a wave of selfie desire washed over us (mostly betty). Guys, we tried so hard to work it.
these two were straight up babin' it in Edinburgh yesterday.
these cool cats are getting married today 🎉 • engagement sessions • here's how to know it's for you: 1. you are feeling apprehensive about having your photographs taken on your wedding day. your photographer will soothe those niggly nerves. 2. you want to spend some time with your boo before the wedding shenanigans. 3. you need some help creating your save the date or images for your wedding website. 4. you want to have photos of you and boo that will contrast with the wedding day (summer vs. winter / city vs. country) 5. you just want some sweet ass photos of you both that don't require a selfie stick.
all hail these @miumiu shoes 🙌🙇🙌🙇🙌🙇
You better believe this lady is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. perfection 👌
Here we go, our first non wedding post since foooorever. It was actually taken during a wedding but baby steps ye know. We are city slickers at heart, which is so very obvious when Betty bellows sheeeeeeeeep whenever she spots one on our rural adventures. 🐑
It's time for a change. -- When we reached a certain number of followers, things got a bit tricky. We thought we would have to keep posting more of the same or our followers will leave us! It worked. For a while. Now posting 5-6 times a week is feeling like a chore. like WORK *gasp* - We browse our archive endlessly, looking for the perfect shot to share. Instagram is now one of our top ways of booking our dream couples but it also caused us to think to ourselves what would our followers want to see?. That's feeling more and more like the wrong direction. 🤔 It's going to be more of what WE want to share, maybe more about ourselves, more pretty wedding details, more behind the scenes, there may even be a photo of our lunch (😮 can they do that?). Maybe we want to do more rambling on the captions. ` - We know it's going shake loose some of our followers and we've come to terms with that*. We will probably get fewer ❤ than we do now. Time to give our instagram a much needed injection of realsies because no wedding revolves around one perfect shot and we don't revolve around em either. -*pls don't leave us 🐶
