This is how I have been feeling bith in business and personally. #natashalane ~ Both me and my friend put on weight working too much, so we started motivating and challenging each other to get fit amd eat healthier. ~ My friend has lost 11 lbs, while I have lost about 2 lbs. Sadness 😭 ~ At first, I was annoyed at myself. Then I thought about all my progress. I'm getting faster, stronger, and less sore. I'm eating less junk and actually reaching for apples and eating more vegetables. ~ Slowly, but surely I'm getting healthier. ~ Anyone else feeling discouraged? What do you do to get over it?
I love this quote because it's so true, especially when it comes to DIY projects. #natashalane ~ There are a lot of costs of bad design. The main 2 are: 1. Loss of customers (which equals loss of money) 2. Loss of time (the time you used to create the design could have been spent creating/maintaining your business)
One of my goals this year is to start tracking my site traffic and social media followers. #natashalane ~ I didn't implement this into my tasks last year, but I wanted to measure what is working and what isn't for my business. ~ How many of you track these things in your business? Let me know in the comments below.
Last week's blog post was too long, so I made them into 2 posts. Here's part 2! #natashalane
I launched my Multimedia Headquarters package this month. Check it out in the link in my bio under 'work with me'. #natashalane
Another round of goofy pics for #fridayintroductions ~ If you didn't know, I'm Paigon, the designer behind Natasha Lane. ~ I design brands and websites that tell stories for confident and bold creative entrepreneurs. #natashalane ~ Where did the name Natasha Lane come from? It was the name of the street I grew up on. ~ Natasha Lane for me is a place where I was a Power Ranger, a Sailor Scout, a baseball player, a filmmaker, a mad scientist, and anything else I imagined. ~ It's a place where I could be anything and where I tried and failed at things. Even if I keep failing, it's a place I can go back to and create a new beginning. ~ It was the perfect name for my business. Because it was something new and a place where I wanted to grow and dream big things. ~ Do you have a place you can go to if you don't succeed in life? Or do you have a meaning behind your business name? Let me know in the comments or DM me your story.
The first thing I do when I design is put on background music. #natashalane ~ I don't know why, but I get into the zone when I have music playing or the tv on in the background. So I'll always have Pandora, Spotify, Amazon, or my CD player (old school) playing. ~ Do you have to have background noise or a quiet space to be more productive? Let me know in the comments below.
