Berry excited for this to drop Wednesday! Tayberry is a hybrid of raspberries and blackberries, and we use a pinch of @bigsursalts for the “Gose” aspect of this beer, which rounds out the acidity. 👌

Double Cone. Monster dry hop of Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado with a clean fermentation keeps it devilishly dank & lush on the nose with assertive oily hop flavor and bitterness. Dry finish, hidden alcohol makes it dangerously drinkable. 🍻😎
Releasing TODAY along with Vengeful Barbarian & Double Cone is CY2017: Mosaic & Citra. This is a new series we'll be launching this year to catalog our impressions of CROP YEAR 2017 hops. We're starting with our two most workhorse hops in the brewery, and needless to say we're impressed with this year's crop. Base beer is an American Strong Pale Lager (a fancy way of saying IPL), we hope you enjoy! 🍻🙏
For this new batch of Barbarian coming out tomorrow, we've essentially doubled the dry hop and tamed the hot side bitterness levels to make it as soft as possible. Hop aroma and flavor to the max. We hope you enjoy this batch, it's been fun to see the evolution of this beer. ⚔️🛡

We were incredibly stoked to release Toucan Touch This earlier this week, it’s truly unique and unlike anything we’ve done before in the kettle sour realm. Brewed in tribute to the painkiller cocktail with the fine folks at @junglebird916 (the unofficial HQ of the Craft Brewers Summit every September). Using their top secret recipe, we piled on over a metric TON of fruit into this Imperial Kettle Sour ale; just the right ratio of pineapple, coconut, orange & nutmeg. Balanced acidity, and added lactose for a creamy texture. Hope everyone is having an awesome weekend. 🍍🍹🌴
