How much of introversion is actually fear in disguise? This is a question I have been asking myself lately. While I consider myself an introvert, I actually love people and the deep connections we foster when given the opportunity. So that feeling of apprehension when going into a social situation? How much of it is really introversion and how much is fear of rejection or fear to get out of my comfort zone? I don't have any solid answers, but I know that there's more fear in those decisions than I like to admit. So here's to the hard work of banishing fear! 🥂
Happy 4th, y'all! Anybody planning a sweet BBQ picnic to celebrate? My family unit is undecided still. Talk about last minute planning. 😂
Another sneak peek for Brooke and Shad. I love incorporating the venue into photos, like Jefferson Underground's cages and lights. 😍 #sandragrunzingerphotography #stlweddingphotographer #stlbride #theknotweddings

As a kid, summertime meant hanging out at the pool all day with the neighbor kids and watching Kids in the Hall on Comedy Central while eating mac 'n cheese. These days, I mostly look forward to the peaceful hour my kids nap after a morning of playing outside and the family BBQs complete with sangria. Somehow, the peace and the chaos complement each other so well. What do you look forward to this season?
