Sylvia Douglas, @msmissmrsglasgow Founding Director of MsMissMrs CIC set up the social enterprise in 2013 for all women to address self-esteem issues which suffer as a result of a difficult life journey. The Get SET Programme was written by Sylvia after her own experience growing up in care and all that followed. Her own recovery inspired her to write the ASDAN Accredited programme which has helped over 200 women to date. Difficult topics about who we are and how to relate to the world are nicely balanced with the quirky Empowerment Pants that fund the project! Not only does Sylvia work with women and sell her pants but she trains other organisations to deliver the programme to young women & girls.
