Dainty heels for a blushing bride. I love photographing all of the details of a wedding day. Why? Because they help to tell the story! They share the personality of my bride, her wedding color palette, and all the heirlooms that she has chosen to share on her wedding day. Shoes may just be shoes to you, but to her, they are carefully chosen. I want to make sure they are captured for memories.
Niki & Brandon Love at first look!
Have you had a chance to check out @misc.market lately? This perfect boutique is right down the street from my office @reveriewinterpark and is owned by two amazing boss ladies, @depictionsofdede and her sister! Fall is definitely in the air today in Florida, and their Simmered Cider collection of candles and copper goods, is an amazing way to get yourself in the season! (I know I am, I got that amazing copper candle, pictured here, and have had it open every day since!)
Changes. Turn and face the strange, ch-ch-changes. Things have been absolutely insane here at CMP over the past few months! From a stay in Las Vegas, a weekend in New York, insane personal moments, and somehow managing to get myself the entire week of thanksgiving off with no shoots, I have to say I am somehow still trucking through it all. To my clients waiting for their wedding galleries - I promise they are coming! To my clients this week - if I show up in sweats and a messy bun, tell me I’m pretty haha! To my friends - thank you for being the most supportive people on this entire planet. And to my parents/family - I promise I’m coming for Thanksgiving... with my computer in hand... don’t judge me if I lock myself in a room for hours at a time to get this work done before December 1st! I look at this photo, and do a little reminiscing, I am ready to travel more and see more beautiful places like this! Thank you @emma.co.sh for spending that crazy weekend with me and being such a great friend/photographer! Changes.
These past few weeks have been some of the most trying weeks I have ever had to go through in my life. While trying to stay sane, happy, productive, and creative, I have also tried to keep my head above water. This season of life has been rough and has been very unnerving at times. I am ready to move forward, I am diving into my work with more passion than ever before. I am busy but I am thriving and I just have to keep treading water to keep myself from going under! I love this business with all of my heart, and you are my first priority.
Stunning, simple, and angelic. @shannnondyer was a dream on her wedding day! I loved being able to capture her bridal portraits, and this amazing veil was a show stopper!
This amazing & sweet couple is tying the knot today! I am so thankful to have clients that truly have become friends through this crazy wedding planning process! Niki & Brandon are so close to my heart, and I have loved getting to know them, photograph them, and be here to celebrate this special time in their lives with them. Congratulations you two! I cannot wait to capture your day!
Couple goals! I first met Lauren and Zach on the morning of their wedding day two years ago. I was just the hired help, I wasn’t their main photographer, but throughout the day I fell more and more in friendship with these two. Their wedding day was filled with adventure themed items, Zach walked down the aisle to the theme song from UP, honestly I bawled like a baby, and they said their “I do’s” in front of their closest family and friends overlooking the waterfall in the Canada pavilion of Epcot. Lauren had my style, my personality, my love of all the things Disney and Anthropologie. She wore a reception dress that I literally had saved in my cart online. I overstepped the boundary of the unspoken second shooter laws, but I regret not a single thing. I have gained some amazing friends who have treated me like family. And I am so happy to have been able to capture these images of their second anniversary together at Disney!
