Today's workout kicked my boo-tay. Let me be real with y'all for a minute. I'm about a month into my health journey and I will be honest- I got real discouraged because my scale hasn't moved at all!! What's the point if I'm not losing weight, right!? . WRONG!! . *I feel so freaking amazing! . *My anxiety levels have decreased significantly!! . *My endurance went from 10-15 minutes of hard workouts to 20-30 minutes. . *Did I mention I FEEL AMAZING??!! . ---What is stopping you from getting your health in order? Maybe I can encourage you to get started 😍
Some days I can totally relate to this! Like today. After my first 20 squats I wanted to sit down. But I keep on squattin till I finished my reps. Then I moved on to the next set- you don't even want to know the torture I endured for the next 20 minutes!! Moral of the story? Just wipe your nose and suck it up butter cup. So today I learned a valuable lesson. You should not do HIIT workouts more than 3 days a week with days off in between. Those days off are NOT days off mind you! But strength training days!! For those ladies (or gents) just starting out and have no fancy weights or gym memberships, I included a really kickbutt strength training workout (link below) that won't kill you but work you over!!
