Enjoy! • Spinach & Couscous Salad with Grapes • For the salad: 2 (9 oz) bags baby spinach 2 cups cooked Isreali Couscous 1 (14.5 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Medium Green Lima Beans; drained 1 cup black grapes; halved • For the dressing: 1/3 cup olive (or grape seed) oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds Salt & pepper to taste • Fresh French bread and butter for serving, if desired • Directions: Place all salad ingredients in a chilled salad bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat. • Prep time: 10 minutes Yield: 4 (dinner) servings

Enjoy! • Power Essence Salad with Cantaloup and Blueberries • Ingredients: 6 ounces (from a 13.25 oz bag) Glory Foods Power Essence (kale, spinach and chard) 1 cup fresh cantaloup (bite-size) chunks 1 (6 oz) basket fresh blueberries 1/3 cup (oil packed) sun-dried tomatoes; quartered 1/3 cup mozzarella (fresh mini cheese balls or curds) 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley 1/4 cup bottled Italian dressing* • Directions: Place all ingredients in a chilled salad bowl and toss well with salad dressing. • Yield: 4 servings Prep time: 10 minutes • *Make sure the salad dressing you use has no added cheese.

Enjoy! 😋 Creamed “Chipped Beef” and Butterbeans over Garlic Bread Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons flour 1-2/3 cup warm whole milk 1/2 teaspoon white pepper Dash of hot sauce 1 (5.5 oz) package vegetarian pastrami slices; chopped 1 (15 oz) can Glory Foods Seasoned Butterbeans 4 slices thick garlic bread slices or TexasToast Red jalapeño slices, optional Directions: Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour. Gradually blend in milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Stir in white pepper, “pastrami” and butterbeans. Lower heat and simmer 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in a dash of hot sauce. Broil garlic bread or Texas toast then spoon creamed beef over bread. Garnish with red jalapeño slices, if desired. Yield: 4 pieces Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes
