Just to inform all audiences regarding the recent lockdown at the school. An email is being sent to all parents. Today we were in lockdown at STEM. There was a report of an unauthorized salesman who did not check in, and once we were able to verify that everyone was accounted for and that our building was secure, we moved from lockdown to lockout per the Douglas County Sheriff who was on site. Our school initiated our safety procedures and is now back to business as usual. The students did a wonderful job!
