📣 Skate-able art plaza update! 📣 If you stopped by to visit us during #openstreetsmpls 9/15, you may have noticed a large printed digitally-rendered image of our plans-in-progress, as well as a spray-painted guide of the forthcoming lot's elements. If you didn't, check out the digital concept here! Installation is set to begin Spring 2019, with demolition, wall construction, and land preparation beginning Fall 2018. [This project] made me believe in how much I can do. Being able to design all the branding for an event like that was ridiculously fun and satisfying. This is just a small step for what I will accomplish down the road, and I am so thankful that JXTA is giving me the tools I need to do bigger and better things. JXTA Graphic Design apprentice Patricio D. tells us a little bit about his process creating the label design for our recent #JXTAGoldenAle collaboration with @dangerousman. Read about the whole collaboration, the process, and a short interview with Patricio (plus photos!) on the JXTA blog 🍻 Photos by @thericheproject 📷
#Repost @msbossladydee from #blockxblock @lisc_hq yesterday: Spoke at the @lisc_hq 30th anniversary #blockxblock conference today. Shared a stage with esteemed public officials, scholars and business leaders. The venue looked like a bag of money! And how cute is this program design?! The illustrated @jxta_arts building makes me happy. 😊 Bravo @eventsbyladyk @pollenmidwest @lemaniegrace @ladyk_612 @jamiejmillard 👏🏾 Happy Anniversary LISC!
