Just a standard Saturday herding rainbow unicorns around a church hall. Since becoming a parent I have found myself doing a whole heap of crazy things and refreshingly, caring less about what other people think. What silly things have you found yourself doing recently? 🌈🦄
Last weeks Friday Funday involved a stroll along The South Bank. Such a great place to people watch...there is always something going on so it's always top of the list for a cheap day out in London. What's your favourite place on The South Bank?
I half expected the BFG to walk through the door and tuck into his dinner whilst checking out the Robert Therriens sculpture at the Tate Modern last week. Think my daughter did too as she seemed happiest hidden under the table!
Fridays have been renamed 'Friday Fundays' as I realised that I have one precious year left to hang out with my youngest before she starts school next September. Our first trip was a visit to the excellent Postal Museum in Farringdon. Great fun for adults and children alike. Read my review of this fab day out (link in bio). What days out would you recommend so I can add it to my Friday Funday Bucketlist?
Who says Jammy Dodgers have to have heart centres? This is my kind of recipe - minimal ingredients, quick, easy and fun to make with the kids. We used a recipe from @bakingwithgranny which has some great ideas for baking with little'uns. What do you like to bake with the kids?
First week back at school after the summer break and the kids are soo tired. As a Friday afternoon treat I decided to introduce them to one of my favourite films from my childhood...#theneverendingstory. A classic! Next on the list is #theflightofthenavigator. What are some of your favourite childhood films?
