Quad Squeeze|| This exercise is great for the management of pain in the thigh and around the front of the knee. It is an excellent starting point to introduce load, to build strength post injury or where atrophy (muscle wasting) has occurred. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ ➖. Mid Back Stretch || Here’s a great stretch to get movement into your mid back. Our Mid back loves to rotate and is often something that people struggle with How to perform: 🔹 lay on your side with one knee elevated or both knees towards your chest 🔹 extend your arms together. Inhale, and on the exhale release the top hand 🔹Ensure your knee doesn’t raise during the movement 🔹 repeat 10-12 times both sides
