We explored Lake Bled today. We took a boat ride to the church in the middle of the lake. We’ve been to a lot of places and we always say they are our favorite while we are there (even if we change our minds on the way home, that has happened before) but the kids absolutely love it here. We’ve been staying at Lake Bohinj and it is less crowded, less expensive, and equally as gorgeous. And 20 minutes down the road from Bled. I didn’t know where Slovenia was until I moved here, it’s part of the former Yugoslavia.
London last week. This week Slovenia, Italy, and maybe a pit stop in Croatia. We are driving through Austria and I’m in the passenger seat. All I can say is that this country is breathtakingly beautiful. Lush and green and super pretty cows.
This will never not be one of my favorite pictures of him. You can see him giggling behind the mug. 💨
I had a lot of questions about the camera that Ava was using in my stories today. It’s a Canon M6 and a super fun little camera. Sometimes I don’t want to carry my DSLR around and this is teeny and I always have it in my purse. I haven’t used the camera on my iPhone in ages because all of my cameras are WiFi enabled so they upload straight to my phone. It also does really well in low light. These flowers were taken in a room with zero natural light. I edited it a little with LR Mobile and the Refined presets, but it was a one click edit. Swipe to see a before and after. #canonm6 #refinedcollection
Today was magical. No pun intended, but it truly was. If you find yourself in London, GO to The Making of Harry Potter. We loved everything. I’m in awe of thousands and thousands of artists that worked to make those beloved book come alive.⚡️#wblondontour #potterhead
