Last week our amazing Family Ministries team was able to go to a one-day conference. We were inspired to find ways to do more together to partner our church and our families.
Partnering with the Mission Services Thrift Store has been an amazing experience for young families, giving them the opportunity to serve together and make a difference in the lives of others.
This is the final week to register you, your family, your friends (maybe your neighbours!) for a delicious FREE home-cooked meal with your North Park community next week. How often do you get an offer like that? Go to https://northpark.churchcenter.com/groups/table-talk-dinner-groups and choose your meal today!
There are only a few days left to register for our exciting new Kids Electives program. Don't miss out! Register at northpark.ca/register.
We enjoyed an amazing afternoon of community at Sunday's FallFest, complete with fun activities, fantastic food and great conversations. Thank you to the many North Park volunteers, the Forest Cliff team, the Food Truck Association, and Carol Liddle and the Fanshawe Family Center for helping create such a great event!
About 30 young adults met Sunday night to enjoy a pour over coffee bar, yummy treats, a chance to catch up and some great conversation around vocation. We meet every second Sunday in the Chapel at 7:00pm. If you are between the ages of 18 and 23, we would love to meet you!
Join us at North Park tomorrow night at 7:00pm for this interesting seminar. Sign up at northpark.ca/register. Hope you can attend!
Despite the rain, FallFest is all systems go for today. See you at noon!
What does darkness represent to you? Fear? Lostness? Hiddenness? In the Bible, darkness represents evil, deception and covering. In John's Gospel, we learn that Jesus is the opposite of darkness. He is light. John 3 has a wonderful story that describes one man's journey from darkness to the light of Christ. Join us this weekend as we uncover the life of Nicodemus and continue in our series, Foundations. Why We Believe What We Believe.
We had a great time at our mom's Dessert Night! The chapel was buzzing with good food and conversation between moms in all different stages of motherhood. Matt and Christine Loveday offered encouragement through a deeper look into Psalm 23, sharing how God's shepherd heart leads, revives, comforts and loves us so very much.
