The days are getting noticeably longer and that means more golden hour, which means more opportunity for beautiful people to be bathed in bronze light. . . Honestly, what a stunning bride Cat was (you’ll have to take our word for the fact that Greg’s a hottie too, but he is). We’ll get you an angle on him soon too.
Last year I actually also went to a wedding as a guest, not working. . . As best man for one of my best friends; a man who has served others through years of running himself ragged in roles with charities in Africa and as an officer in the Royal Engineers, the very least I could do was capture a few fleeting moments on film. No bad thing either, as they are total insta-hottie-totty. . . #ubique #royalengineers #bestmateswedding
Looking generally dreamy in a greenhouse. Which was a brave move considering it was about 30c at the time. It’s funny, for all the splendour of @carlowrie_castle , it’s their rustic greenhouse which provided my favourite images. Good call from @andrewweildphotography to do the couple shoot there.
Shiny new website and everything.
HELLO!!! 👋 . . Just before you think; “Who the hell are these jokers? I didn’t follow them” We’d just like to say that you know us, you do. Until midnight last night we were Curious Robin Films. . . Fear not though, it’s the same Films, the same high production values, but just wearing new clothes. The brand has changed to match the style of the films, not the other way round. . . So why change? Basically, the previous brand just didn’t reflect the work we do. We take great pride in crafting our work and the old brand and identity was a bit like serving Michelin star food in a fast food chain. We wanted to strip it back a bit and remove all the distractions that were getting in the way of the films speaking for themselves. . . So Peony? Well, it’s one if the most popular flowers for weddings, a real showstopper, but it also happily grows in any garden (and gardens worldwide). Elegant, beautiful, but unpretentious, accessible and timeless. Those are values which we feel our films are built around (if that doesn’t sound too pretentious of course). . . Any questions? DM us. Cheers
It’s all about the Monet, Monet, Monet .... . . Apologies, #baddadjoke . . Taxi for CR Films 🚕
Approaching Hogmanay means a few things become more commonplace in Scotland . . . 1.) People swimming in the sea, often in fancy dress. . . 2.) Admissions to A&E as a result of more people practicing the ancient Scottish martial art known as “Ceilidh” rise exponentially.
