The gyms are shut down... but I have always wondered why the cities and tax money goes towards these silly equipment set ups that run around all of our towns in America. Today... I walked around the track and decided to give this a go.... Wowsa was my mocking of funny fitness equipment a way to whip me in the booty and show me that nothing is easy and ALL equipment resistance or not... all forms of exercise WORK! No doubt if I continue to do this chest press, pull ups [overhand & underhand] consistently day by ... I will get stronger and I will get results! . . STOP thinking and stop your beliefs that are conditional. Example: it’s the corona shut down and since I can’t go to the gym i will now gain weight.... be smart and be IN CHARGE of how you think, how your beliefs shape you.. and be smart and strong in how you’ll tweak your perceptions around this global shut down... most likely our appetites will change, our gratitude and belief muscles will improve, and our resourcefulness muscle will grow like wild flowers! . . This is called taking your health seriously!!! Any one of us can be borderline type 2 diabetic and not know it... this stomach on the left... it was on the path towards borderline type 2... this stomach on the right, she’s saving herself annoying blood draws, conversations and fear about type 2 with a doc. She’s motivated for mental and physical health.... this is called being PROACTIVE about your health ! . . Why do humans think that taking care of their health is only for the “obese”.... think again. This girl wasn’t “obese” on the left but her pancreas was crying for help because it was any day that her blood sugar levels were not going to be as compliant... aka type 2. . . Take your health a little more serious, even if you’re not “overweight”... I’m almost 40 and a size 2 at target is what a size 6 use to be in the 80’s. Guidelines have changed and obesity should not be taken lightly. It’s your life and this world needs you!! Take your health serious babe.... I k ow there’s hundreds of people that need YOU! . .
