We’ve been waiting for this moment to harvest this incredible, hardy, sweet crop of spinach. After a bitter cold start to November, this is one of the last remaining crops left to harvest on the farm. It’s the only vegetable we know of that can survive five consecutive nights in the single digits, uncovered, and still look this great! We’re thrilled to share this sweet treat with our CSA Members for their Thanksgiving shares next week, and we’ll bring it to @norwich.farmers.market this Saturday!

We’ve been working long hours and getting creative with storage space to bring in as much cabbage as we can fit in our bins, in our barns, and in our sauerkraut barrels before the deep freeze tonight. Huge heartfelt thanks goes out to our incredible crew for working overtime with us in the cold and the snain and shredding cabbage like no other. This crew is crushing it so stinking hard. #shredding
