Up at sparrow’s fart (how do some of these sayings get started???) to head to the Mornington Market. It’s going to be a gorgeous sunny day so come for a wander, a nibble & see all the gorgeous stallholders who have slugged our guts out (another interesting one) to be here 😇😀🌞 @craftmarkets
A day at home in the garden is good for the soul. Not sure if it’s the sunshine or a need to have timeout from running a business but these days I just want to immerse myself in the garden. We’ve lived at The Mailing House (previously the district’s post office built in 1870) for 4.5 years but we haven’t done a lot to the outside yet. My plan is turn it into a small yet productive farm with veggie beds, flower gardens & chooks. We’ve already got figs, apples & macadamia trees - now to get stuck into the rest of it & live the good life! Well that’s the plan ... could take a while to get there at this rate 😎🌞
