How do we respond to our babies and children when crying? Do we send them to their rooms and tell them to behave - or do we hold them in our embrace AND hold our boundaries (when appropriate)?
How is our relationship with breastfeeding? Do we keep our babies and ourselves on a schedule - or are we in *relationship* which shifts and changes daily as needs arise?
How do we speak with our babies and young children? Do we treat them like small adults and expect for them to communicate accordingly? Or do we understand that they are wired very differently than adults and respect and even cherish these differences?
Do we think that our babies and children need to be 'trained' to sleep? Or do we understanding THEIR sleep cycles and patterns, so that we can adjust our lives, our work, our sleep accordingly?
Are we in a battle with our partners in regards to 'roles' with our babies and young children? Or do we understand the physiology of the Mother-baby dyad and soften into our biologically determined roles to support the well-being of our family?
Do we blame our partners or our babies or children when we are triggered? Or can we see the triggers as opportunities to heal familial and ancestral trauma for our and our family's highest well-being?
Physiologic Baby Care Course centers the Mother-baby dyad relationship, for thriving family health. This course focuses on children 0-3 years old AND much of what is shared supports us as adults in our relationships with older children.

From the time of birth to the time children are 3 years old, one MILLION neural connections are made in their brain each SECOND. Humans' brains develop more at THIS TIME - than any other time in Life.
What is a neural connection?
> A neuron is a nerve cell in the brain
> When neurons connect with each other, they form a neural connection.
> These connections are the framework for our understanding LIFE.
> Neural connections strengthen with repetition.
From birth to three years old, is the time in our lives when we develop the BODILY beliefs as humans of: Am I safe? Am I safe in relationship? Do I belong here (on Earth)?
From birth to three year old, our core BELIEFS about Life are shaped.
This shaping happens through babies' RELATIONSHIPS with the ADULTS in their lives (Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents, Primary Caregivers).
This shaping happens in CONNECTION with other humans.
We are shaped by our ENVIRONMENTS.
And where our traditional ways of lives, our cultures use to transmit to us the RIGHT WAY to be with our babies as adults - most humans in the modern world have lost this holding, have forgotten this *right way.*
Physiologic Baby Care Course is the re-membering (the putting back together) of this *right way* to be with our young children. Because there is a 'right way' - a WAY that aligns with the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual development of our babies.
Early bird pricing is open for Physiologic Baby Care Course through this Sunday, October 17th. Class begins November 4th. Link in profile to join us!!!

Early Bird registration for Physiologic Baby Care Course is now OPEN!
Physiologic Baby Care Course, is a 6-week, online, LIVE class.
Beyond theories, opinions, and ‘expert’ advice on child-rearing and raising, this class is a translation of human babies’ biological blueprint. When we understand the physiologic design of our babies, we understand the ‘map’ we have been given to lay down a foundation of life-long health and vitality for our children.
The information that will be shared in this class is more important NOW than ever.
The children in our lives need adults who are aligned with the physiologic design of human life - rather than forcing this design into societal frameworks. The children in our lives need adults who are confident in the innate wisdom of the human being.
Physiologic Baby Care centers the Mother-baby dyad relationship, for thriving family health. When families are thriving, they can contribute to the creation of thriving communities. When communities are thriving, a world flourishing in love, truth, and justice, will be manifested.
This course focuses on children 0-3 years old AND much of what is shared supports us as adults in our relationships with older children.
We'll meet on 6 Thursdays, beginning November 4th. All classes will be recorded for those who can not make the class live, and stored in our online classroom. Classes are approximately 1.5 hours long, and time is allotted during each class for discussion. And this year we have added two group mentorship calls to Physiologic Baby Care Course as well!

The re-establishment of MOTHER-CENTERED ways of Life, will not be initiated by government policies, nor by health care practitioners, nor by our respective communities. Though we may WISH this was the way.
The re-establishment of Mother-Centered ways of Life will be initiated by MOTHERS.
I know this feels like a huge burden as Mothers - because we are already overworked, overstretched and under-resourced; and this may feel like 'another thing' that WE need to do.
BUT - as MOTHERS - we understand in our blood and bones - how much we give every second of every day to nurture LIFE. And it is this KNOWING that has the capacity to drive the change we are needing.
We need to REORIENT to our own WORTH as Mothers - and RE-MEMBER that our respective and collective communities are dependent on US - for the health of the future generations. And that our work is holy work, and that to fulfill our holy work, we must be WELL.
And so in this understanding - it is to ask ourselves as Mothers: What do I need to be WELL? Not just surviving / keeping my head above the water so I don't drown. But what changes do I need to implement in my life to THRIVE?
Starting with where we are at - with what we've got. So that we don't create excuses.
So YES to "community care" for MOTHERS - and/ but - the revival of community care will be initiated by Mothers; it will come when we CENTER OURSELVES - when we PRIORITIZE ourselves.
And once we begin to PRIORITIZE ourselves as Mothers (which is an inside / internal job), our EXTERNAL reality will begin to match this internal reality. New people will show up. New doors will open. And THIS is when policy level, practitioner level, community level change will begin to move quickly. We can evolve the collective conscious through us knowing our worth and loving ourselves as Mothers.
INNATE Postpartum Care - Certified Practitioners are here and available to meet the Mothers and families who are ready TO RECEIVE this type of radical care: Care that centers the MOTHERS. Link in my ig profile to learn more.

I created INNATE Postpartum Care in 2015 for many reasons. One primary reason was that I knew that Mothers needed MUCH more than what they were receiving in the postpartum period - even when they had midwifery care.
I also knew that most postpartum doula trainings - were training women to be 'domestic helpers.' And while there is nothing wrong with domestic help, and most of us would benefit and be over joyous to receive domestic help - I also knew that care providers had SO much more to be able to offer women. I also knew that women NEED so much more than just domestic help in the postpartum time.
INNATE Postpartum Care - Certified Practitioners offer Mother-centered postpartum care for family wellness. They are not postpartum doulas.
They are care providers and educators that have a deep understanding of the physiologic and psychologic needs of postpartum women.
They have stepped outside the paradigm of 'experts' and 'opinions' in regards to "women's health," and have stepped into the biological imperatives of women's health: What our biology dictates is necessary for health and wellness.
There are now HUNDREDS of INNATE Potspartum Care - Certified Practitioners worldwide, tending to thousands of families.
INNATE Practitioners know that it is possible for a woman to become more healthy and vibrant through a supported postpartum period - than she was PRIOR to becoming pregnant.
And that for Mothers and families to experience this potentiality of a nourishing, regenerative postpartum period - it must be PLANNED for DURING pregnancy.
I created a FREE ebook for you as a gift - entitled: The 5 Cross-Cultural Prescriptions of Postpartum Wellness (( Linked in my ig profile )) as an introduction to our collective work.
In the modern world, we are accustomed to witnessing and experiencing degeneration in and through the postpartum time. We are here to turn this around. We are here to support Mothers and families to THRIVE.
