Hey love 🙋🏻Are you new to our #girltribe community? If so, here are a few fun things you should definitely know! I'm Robyn! I founded this tribe to provide women with the resources & inspiration to live their most bad ass authentic lives. Basically what that means to me is seeking optimal health, providing financial abundance to support your wants & needs, and growing a rad community to support you, always 👭I usually have a beer in one hand, a baby on my hip, and big dreams in my heart! For real though, I rarely have two feet on the ground and I typically like it that way 🙃TONIGHT I'm co-hosting a FREE vision board party to get to know all of YOU and provide you with some of my fave tips & tricks to inspire you to create a life you LOVE. Because I believe...life is too damn short to live it any other way. Am I right?? Grab your invite to the party --- the link is in our bio!! I probably won't have a paintbrush in my hair, but I'll most definitely be sporting a top knot and a yummy cocktail 😏🍹👭💕Can't wait to meet you!! #jointhegirltribe #community #empoweringwomen | pic via @thewhistlerweddingcollective

My intention this morning is to stay in a Sunday state of mind for the whole week 💗Sounds like a lofty goal all things considered (you know ... work, obligations, child, schedules, calls, emails, etc 😬 ... but I didn't say I was going to kill myself to achieve this goal ... Nope! I said it was my intention. My highest good. The underlying motivation behind all of my thoughts, actions, and words. Everything I do this week will come back to that intention - to find, achieve, maintain, and return to - that Sunday state of mind. I started this morning by cooking a thoughtful and healthy breakfast, taking my daughter for a walk, and having a second cup of coffee - all before checking my email. ☕️ Monday's don't have to bring out the worst in you, beautiful being. Monday's can feel aligned with all the goodness in your life, too. Image via @torontomindfitness | #monday #jointhegirltribe #empoweringwomen

Did you get this little reminder & mantra in your inbox this morning? 💕 Sharing it again because, sh*t, we all need to hear this somedays. . . . So often we tell ourselves the story that we aren't worth it. We aren't worth the work, the massage, the vacation. We aren't worth the time, the words, the effort. I spent years telling myself fix others and the problems will go away. Make sure everybody else is happy and the pain will be relieved - the wounds will be covered up and darkness will disappear. The longer I fixed everybody else, the deeper my own wounds became. It wasn't until I decided that I was worth the fight that I began to make changes and allow the healing process to start taking place within. This is when my perspective started to shift. This is when the light started to creep back in. This is when miracles started to show up in my life. Except, it wasn't really a miracle at all. It was simply me - deciding to treat myself with as much love, compassion, and respect that I show to others. Allowing myself to heal. You are worth the work. You are worth words. You are worth the love, the touch, the acceptance. You belong.
