Halibut on the BBQ is one of my favorite seafood dishes! It's so easy and takes less than 10 minutes to cook on a hot grill. The how-to is in my story. Here I made a sauce by sautéing 4 cloves of garlic in olive oil, adding a pint of halved cherry tomatoes, a cup of drained marinated artichoke hearts, 1/4 cup kalamata olives and 1/2 cup white wine and simmering for about 8 minutes. If you prep the ingredients before you start you make make the fish and the sauce at the same time and have a beautiful dinner on the table in under 20 minutes!
Sautéed onions, tomatoes, fresh corn, lobster, herb d provenance, a dozen beaten eggs, salt & pepper. Topped with fresh chives, basil and @kitehillfoods cream cheese. When I make a frittata like this on the stovetop I keep the heat really low and put a lid on top so the steam cooks the eggs all the way through and it gets nice and fluffy. 😋 #sundayfunday #feelgoodfood
